WELCOME TO GRAYMATTER
D'Arcy's teaching studio comprises three separate rooms. The Big Studio houses most standard percussion instruments including Timpani (6), Drum Set (Rodgers), Standard Orchestral Percussion Instruments, Latin Percusion and "Toys". It also contains a state of the art MAC computer-based electronic percussion system. Electronic instruments include a Yamaha Drum Kit, Drum Kat and Mallet Kat - all powered by a Yamaha Amp through Klipsh Speakers. This electronic/accoustic studio would best be described in terms of it's limitations. There aren't any!
The Mallet Room houses a Deagan 4 octave marimba, Deagan 2.5 octave glockenspiel and Deagan 3.5 octave Xylophone. Vibraphone studies can be executed on the Mallet Kat (see the Big Studio).
The Band Room contains a 7 piece (Pearl) Drum Set with double bass drum pedal as well as several amps, piano, and multitrack recording studio. Bring your friends and have a BALL!
